As we enter the final days of the general election campaign, I want to thank everyone who has engaged with us. Whether you are voting for me or not, or if you are still deciding, it has been so important for me to hear your concerns about where we are as a country – and your hopes for the future. We can build a better country, and I am determined to do my bit to make it happen. I am also proud we have run a positive campaign. We have held the Tory party to account for its record nationally, but we have never singled out any local candidates. While I might not agree with the other candidates’ policies, sometimes profoundly, they no doubt want to serve with good intentions. I also want to thank all the volunteers who have supported our campaign. They are making an incredible contribution. If you think Britain needs change, the only way to make it happen is by voting Labour this Thursday 🇬🇧 🌹
