I met with Milford resident Jacci Woodcock MBE. She started the Dying to Work campaign, which is an initiative to support people who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness.
The campaign seeks to ensure that people are not dismissed from their jobs purely on the basis of their health condition.
Many businesses across the country have now signed up for the Dying to Work charter, which seeks to protect people’s rights at work.
I congratulate Jacci with all that she has done, and I look forwards to supporting the Dying to Work campaign into the future.
